Every year Bransgore Rotary CIO supports the Wessex Rotary Shoebox Scheme. The scheme collects and sends shoeboxes filled with gifts to disadvantaged children in Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, and Ukraine (via Poland), ensuring they receive them in time for Christmas.

Last year, 18,000 boxes were sent from their warehouse in Christchurch, spreading joy among children, including refugees from Ukraine in Poland.

We are always looking for schools who would like to take part in the shoebox appeal, so that we can continue to make Christmas Special to children and young people across the world. We will provide a box that can be filled with toys and gifts for young people. We will then return to collect it. If this is a scheme that your school would be interested in taking part in we would love to hear from you.
